At the forum site, Mr. Wang Donghua, Deputy Director of Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce pointed out that with the release of the *Vision and Actions on Jointly Building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road* and the in-depth implementation of the strategic arrangements of "Made in China 2025" and "Internet +", industrialization and informatization are penetrating at an accelerated pace, and the trend of globalization is becoming increasingly intense. The construction machinery and supporting components industry is embracing a new round of development opportunities and transformation opportunities. The construction machinery component trading market should develop from extensive mode to intensive mode, and standardization, branding, specialization and industrial clustering will be the development direction of the component trading market.

Due to the lack of reasonable planning, the store height is insufficient, the road load is low, there is a lack of warehousing and logistics supporting facilities, the market is dirty and messy, and there is no property right. Now Changsha has implemented cargo restrictions, which already leads to poor traffic, and now the South Changsha Bus Station will be closed for construction. How can we run our business!" Mr. Chen said: "The old markets in the South Station area should have been relocated and renovated long ago, but for a long time there has been no suitable professional market for construction machinery in Changsha to choose from. Other newly developed hardware and electrical machinery markets are too far from the urban area. It takes 1 to 2 hours to drive to pick up a client from the airport, and the traffic is very inconvenient!"
